We strive to display product colors, specifications, and images as accurately as possible. However, actual visual presentation may vary depending on screen display settings and photography lighting.

Placing an order on Yeti Verse Mart constitutes an offer to purchase the specified products. Upon submission, you will receive an automated order confirmation email containing your order reference summary.

Please note that order confirmation emails do not signify formal legal acceptance of your order. Formal acceptance occurs when your order is processed, assigned a shipping tracking number, and dispatched from our fulfillment center or warehouse.

All product prices listed on Yeti Verse Mart are presented in the selected store currency (e.g., NPR, USD, EUR). We reserve the right to adjust product pricing, promotions, and delivery rates at any time without prior notice.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO YETI VERSE MART FOR THE SPECIFIC ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
